Is your BNF drone damaged or not functioning properly?

The easiest way to contact us is by submitting a ticket on our Freshdesk platform, so we can understand the situation and provide some troubleshooting and technical advice. If repairs are needed, we will categorize the situation into two types:

1. Warranty service repairs within the iFlight warranty period due to accidental hardware or software failures, where the drone has not been intentionally or accidentally damaged by the user and shows little to no signs of use.

2. Repair services beyond the iFlight warranty period, or repair services for drones that have been damaged due to user accidents or external factors (water damage, wet grass, high temperatures, overloads, crashes, etc.).
