Your BNF drone got damaged or not working as it's supposed to do anymore?

The easiest way to get in touch with us would be opening a ticket on our freshdesk platform so we can figure out what's going on and give some troubleshooting and technical advice. If there's a repair necessary, we would divide the case in two different categories:

  1. Warranty service repairs due to unexpected failure of hardware or software in the iFlight warranty period without the BNF drone being purposely or accidentally damaged by the user and shows no or only little signs of use.
  2. Service repairs that are out of the iFlight warranty period or BNF drone being accidentally damaged by user or external influence (water damage, wet grass, extensive heat, overload, crash, etc)
